Kari Reiquam

Kari Reiquam served in 2022 as a co-acting director of the Guild shepherding a Transition team during the interim. Her journey to the Guild began by attending a writers’ workshop at Ghost Ranch in New Mexico last fall and getting excited about the many ways a “place apart” can nurture creativity and community.  Kari has been an ELCA pastor since 1979, serving in a variety of ministries in Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona, Oregon, and Hawaii.  Most recently she has been engaged in interim and re-development ministry in the Rocky Mountain Synod. Kari has had a love for the arts and has been a leader of ministries that relate to community, faith, and the arts, so the mission of the Guild deeply resonates with her.
