All options cover both lodging, meals, tuition, and materials. Shared meals are a vital part of life at the Grünewald Guild, offering space for connection, conversation, and creative community. Meals begin with dinner on Day 1 and conclude with brunch on your departure day, with three meals daily throughout your stay. Guests are also welcome to enjoy light snacks, coffee, tea, and other beverages available around the clock, supporting the natural rhythms of work, rest, and creativity.

Please Note: As part of our ongoing commitment to shared life and creative community, Commuter Registration includes all meals during your time at the Guild. We invite commuter participants to fully join the rhythm of the retreat, gathering around the table for nourishment, conversation, and connection, as an essential extension of the artistic and contemplative experience.

Effective October 1, 2025: A portion of your invoice is taxable under Washington State law. Tax will be calculated and applied to your invoice.

This option reserves a bedroom in either Fiber Arts or Homestead. Bathrooms are shared with rooms on the same floor, with a maximum of three rooms per floor. If you are interested in sharing your room with someone you know or would like us to attempt to match you with a roommate please fill out the "Shared Room Requests" portion of this form below. If matched, the roommates will split the cost of the private room. We cannot guarantee a match. If a match isn't made, you will be responsible for the full room price. Building and room assignments are made at the discretion of the Guild, though please let us know of any preferences you have during your registration. We strive to honor preferences, though we apologize in advance if we are unable to accommodate. Please note that we prioritize couples for rooms with queen beds. We prioritize first-floor rooms for folks with accessibility considerations. Fiber Arts is named for the light-filled, airy studio space it houses and offers five guest rooms and two bathrooms on two floors. Homestead is dedicated entirely to guest housing with five guest rooms. Homestead also features a shared living room and kitchenette on the main floor.

This option reserves space in a shared room in either Fiber Arts or Homestead. Single-occupant bathrooms are shared with rooms on the same floor, with a maximum of three rooms per floor. This is a shared room - you may be housed with someone you don't know. Please specify roommate requests during or soon after registration. Building and room assignments are made at the discretion of the Guild, though please let us know of any preferences you have during your registration. We strive to honor preferences, though we apologize in advance if we are unable to accommodate. Please note that we prioritize couples for rooms with queen beds. We prioritize first-floor rooms for folks with accessibility considerations. Fiber Arts is named for the light-filled, airy studio space it houses and offers five guest rooms and two bathrooms on two floors. Ground floor rooms and bathrooms are handicap accessible. Homestead is dedicated entirely to guest housing with five guest rooms and two bathrooms on two floors. Homestead also features a shared living room and kitchenette on the main floor. River House is a cozy two-story house. Accommodations are on the second level. There is a kitchen on the first floor, though it may not be available for use by those on the second level. Please inquire at registration regarding use of the kitchen.

NOTE: THIS IS A COED SPACE. A light and airy space tucked on the edge of campus, the Library was the original schoolhouse here in the Plain Valley, dating back to 1912. The downstairs houses classroom space as well as an impressive art and faith library, while the upstairs level features an all-gender dorm-style sleeping loft that can house up to nine guests.

3 Optional Financial Accessibility Opportunities

To help make the Guild's program accessible to more people, the Guild is happy to offer a number of different financial assistance options!

Rooted in mutual care and accessibility to support access to our programs, we offer the following "sliding scale" options. Participants are invited to assess their financial capacities and select up to (1) option. Selection of one of these options will have no effect on your program experience.

8 Transportation Request

Would you like to request transportation to/from Leavenworth/Peshastin and/or Wenatchee?	Guild staff will review your request and let you know if we are able to accommodate your transportation request. We cannot provide transportation between 7:00am and 11:00am on departure day. Please plan accordingly.

9 Dietary Information

What diet do you follow? *	Our kitchen can accommodate vegetarian and vegan diets.
Do you have any food allergies or intolerances? *	We can accommodate lactose/dairy intolerances and, to a certain degree, gluten-free requests. We are not, however, an allergen-free kitchen. If you have dietary restrictions or intolerances beyond this, we recommend that you bring some food items along with you to supplement your meals. We have a community refrigerator and microwave that you can have access to for simple food preparation in our central dining room. If you have no dietary allergies or intolerances, please write "none".
Please list all food allergies or intolerances and specify whether or not they are severe (life or health threatening) along with any additional details you would like to share with the kitchen.	The more information our kitchen has about your specific needs, the easier it is for us to provide nourishing meals during your stay. Our team may reach out to you once your registration is confirmed if they have additional questions.
