Join us in exploring artistic and expressive ways to move out bodies!

Together we will dive into choreographic tools, freedom through natural movement, sense-focused improvisational dance, and the many ways dance can respond and interact with other art forms – all alongside engaging music and braindance techniques in a judgement-free space. This class is open to all dance abilities, from those who have never danced before, to dancers with formal training.

Come learn what your body is capable of expressing!

Day 1: Space (self space, general space, connection)
Day 2: Size and Speed
Day 3: Shape and Body Parts
Day 4: Energy and Storytelling
Day 5: Balance and Focus
