Spirit: A Tender Crossing, A Celebration and Fundraiser
October 25 - 26, 2026

Celebrating 46 Years of Art, Faith, and Community
October 25, 2026 | 4–7 p.m.
The Guild has never been built by one person alone. It has been formed across generations by artists, teachers, students, volunteers, neighbors, donors, seekers, and friends. Each person has carried something into this place, and each has left something behind. For forty-six years, the Grunewald Guild has been shaped by people who chose to arrive.
On October 25th, join us for an artful evening of local music, a special exhibition of paintings by Richard Caemmerer, an auction, a meal prepared by a guest chef, and the irreplaceable magic of being together – our first in-person gathering in many years. When we are together, our spirits become a tender crossing.
A building can stand quietly. A studio can wait. A table can remain empty. But when we arrive—when we bring our voices, our attention, our creativity, and our care—the Guild becomes alive.
Come celebrate what has been made here—and what is still becoming.
Come for the paintings, the music, the food, and the auction. Come to reconnect with old friends and meet new ones. Come to remember the power of gathering in one place, beneath one roof, around one table.
Your generosity helps keep the studios open, the table welcoming, and the Guild accessible to those seeking art, rest, community, and renewal.
We all build this place.
Let us gather and bring it to life together, and celebrate the vibrant spirit of art, faith, and community!
