What is it that sets off work as different and unique that can be carried across multiple forms and functions of wheel-thrown ceramics?

Whether you are relatively new to ceramics or have been throwing for a while, this week will give you the tools to be more intentional about the look of your work and at the components that go into creating identifiable work.

This includes the last marks in the throwing process, planned and intentional trimming  techniques, and marking and carving leather hard work.  Potters will play with possibilities before doing a small set of work that can be identified as uniquely their own.
