Choose this option if you plan to stay off-campus and commute each day. Commuter meals include the opening dinner, lunches, and the closing brunch. Additional meals area available for purchase. Please mark which meals you’d like during registration. If you would like to add additional meals later, please note that the kitchen requires notice one week before your arrival to ensure appropriate planning. Day-of meal purchases may be available but are not guaranteed.
This option reserves space in a shared room in either Fiber Arts or Homestead. Single-occupant bathrooms are shared with rooms on the same floor, with a maximum of three rooms per floor.
This is a shared room – you may be housed with someone you don’t know. Please specify roommate requests during or soon after registration.
Building and room assignments are made at the discretion of the Guild, though please let us know of any preferences you have during your registration. We strive to honor preferences, though we apologize in advance if we are unable to accommodate. Please note that we prioritize couples for rooms with queen beds. We prioritize first-floor rooms for folks with accessibility considerations.
Fiber Arts is named for the light-filled, airy studio space it houses and offers five guest rooms and two bathrooms on two floors. Ground floor rooms and bathrooms are handicap accessible.
Homestead is dedicated entirely to guest housing with five guest rooms and two bathrooms on two floors. Homestead also features a shared living room and kitchenette on the main floor.
River House is a cozy two-story house. Accommodations are on the second level. There is a kitchen on the first floor, though it may not be available for use by those on the second level. Please inquire at registration regarding use of the kitchen.
A light and airy space tucked on the edge of campus, the Library was the original schoolhouse here in the Plain Valley, dating back to 1912. The downstairs houses classroom space as well as an impressive art and faith library, while the upstairs level features an all-gender dorm-style sleeping loft that can house up to nine guests.
A private room with two (2) twin beds in either Fiber Arts, Homestead, or River House. One single-occupant bathroom is shared with others on the floor. Book this room for one or two people in your party.
